How do I choose between the three plans?
If your work is occasional or urgent, Pay-As-You-Go is the simplest. If you have continuous development needs, a Monthly Service Agreement gives you our lowest rates and predictable capacity. If your needs come in bursts, a Retainer lets you buy hours once and use them when you need them.
Do retainer hours expire?
Yes. Retainer blocks are valid for 6 to 12 months. Larger blocks unlock a lower hourly rate, down to $90/hr for a $20,000+ block.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Pay-As-You-Go has no contract or minimum. The Monthly Service Agreement has a minimum 3-month term. Retainer Packages have no monthly obligation.
Do you take fixed-price projects?
Yes. For well-defined initiatives like a platform migration or a new custom application, we can write a custom statement of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price.
What if something breaks and I need help right now?
We offer emergency support. Pay-As-You-Go is designed for urgent fixes, since there is nothing to sign or pre-purchase. Use the emergency form on our contact page and we will prioritize getting back to you.
