We connect your storefront to your 3PL so orders route, ship and update on their own. No manual exports, no chasing tracking numbers, no guessing what is in stock.

What manual fulfillment looks like

Your 3PL is only as fast as the way orders reach them

Order exports and emails

Orders go to the warehouse as a daily file or an email. Anything placed after the cutoff waits a day.

Orders that never arrive

A failed upload or a rejected address means an order sits unshipped, and nothing tells you.

Tracking added by hand

Someone copies tracking numbers into the store. Customers email asking where their order is.

Stock you cannot trust

The 3PL holds the real count. If the site does not see it, you sell what is not on the shelf.

Stock levels also flow from the 3PL to the storefront on their own schedule, so what you sell matches what is actually in the building.

The order lifecycle

Every status the integration needs to handle

An order is not just placed and shipped. The edge cases are where integrations earn their keep.

  1. 01

    Sent to the 3PL

The order is validated first, then sent once. A retry must never create a second shipment.

  2. 02

    Accepted or rejected

Bad addresses and unknown SKUs get flagged straight away, not discovered days later.

  3. 03

    Partly or fully shipped

Split shipments and backorders update the order correctly, with each tracking number attached.

  4. 04

    Delivered, cancelled or returned

Changes after checkout reach the warehouse in time, and returns update stock and status.

What we build

Fulfillment logic that matches how you really ship

Automated order routing

Orders reach your 3PL as they are placed, with the shipping method, address and line items mapped correctly. No file to export, no step to forget.

Inventory by location

Stock is tracked per warehouse, so the storefront shows what can really ship and from where.

Multi-warehouse rules

Route by location, stock or product type when you use more than one warehouse or 3PL.

Tracking and fulfillment status

Carrier and tracking numbers flow back to the order and trigger the customer's shipping email.

Alerts on failure

A rejected or stuck order raises an alert with the reason, instead of silently dropping.

Questions to settle first

What we agree with you before we build

About your 3PL

  • API, EDI or file-based connection
  • How they report stock and by which location
  • Their cutoff times and order limits
  • How they handle cancellations and returns

About your orders

  • Which shipping methods map to which carriers
  • How split and partial shipments should show
  • What happens to orders with bad addresses
  • Whether the ERP also needs the order data

Shipping through a 3PL and not sure the data is flowing right?

Frequently asked questions

Which 3PLs can you integrate with?

We have worked with a range of 3PL providers through their APIs or EDI. Tell us your provider and we will confirm the integration approach and any limits on their side.

Can you handle multiple warehouses?

Yes. We build routing rules that send orders by location, stock or product type, and track inventory per warehouse so the storefront shows what can really ship.

Will tracking numbers sync back automatically?

Yes. Carrier and tracking numbers flow back to the order, update its status and trigger the customer's shipping notification. Split shipments carry a number for each parcel.

What happens if the 3PL rejects an order?

The integration flags it with the reason, for example an invalid address or an unknown SKU, so someone can fix and resubmit it. It should never just disappear.

Can the same order data go to our ERP too?

Yes, if your flow also touches an ERP. We plan both connections together so the order, the shipment and the invoice all stay consistent. See our ERP integrations page for that side.

How do you avoid duplicate shipments?

Every order is sent with a unique reference, and the integration checks before submitting again. A retry after a timeout therefore cannot create a second shipment.
